Yes. Spa heating is always included, and the pool can be heated for $100 per night with a two-night minimum.
Children are welcome (supervision required near pool/fire pit).
Pets are not allowed.
Guests receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in, and no refund within 7 days of arrival.
To keep our neighborhood peaceful and welcoming for everyone, quiet hours are observed 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. daily. During this time, please avoid gatherings on the pool deck, patio, driveway, or in front of the home. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
Travel and Transportation
You’ll receive detailed directions and check-in instructions after booking. GPS navigation apps can easily locate the home.
Yes. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles maximum at the property:
2 vehicles may park in front of the home
2 vehicles may park in the rear entry driveway
Please do not block mailboxes or park at neighbors’ homes. Violations may result in vehicles being towed.
A car is recommended to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.

The home is given a thorough deep cleaning after each stay. All high-touch surfaces are carefully sanitized to ensure guest safety. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the pool and spa are maintained on a regular schedule for cleanliness and comfort.
