House Rules

House Rules for Your Stay

We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and memorable experience at our Frisco vacation rental near PGA. To ensure comfort and safety for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your stay.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
  • Self check-in: Keypad entry
  • Maximum occupancy: 9 guests

Quiet Hours

To keep our neighborhood peaceful and welcoming for everyone, quiet hours are observed 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. daily. During this time, please avoid gatherings on the pool deck, patio, driveway, or in front of the home.

  • The City of Frisco Chapter 54, Article IV Code of Ordinances prohibits unreasonably loud or disturbing noise that could offend a reasonable adult.

  • Activities that typically create excessive noise (loud music, shouting, outdoor games, amplified speakers, etc.) should pause during quiet hours.

We love our friendly, family-oriented street, and our neighbors value their rest. If noise is intrusive, neighbors may contact us; continued disturbances could lead to local authorities being notified. If police are called twice for a noise violation, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Parking

  • Maximum 4 vehicles at any time.

  • 2 vehicles may park in front of the home and 2 in the rear entry driveway.

  • Do not block mailboxes, driveways, or park at neighbors’ homes. Vehicles in violation may be towed.

Smoking, Pets & Parties

  • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors only and should dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be considerate of our neighbors and cleaning team by keeping outdoor areas tidy and smoke-free once you’re finished.

  • Pets are not allowed at this time.

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property, meaning no external guests. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
  • For everyone’s safety and comfort, please avoid bringing any glass items outside. Plastic drinkware is provided for poolside use.
  • To keep the pool clean and well-maintained, no food or drink is allowed in the pool.

Pool, Spa, and Patio Use

  • Guest responsibility: Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. Children must have adult supervision at all times. There is no child safety gate around the pool.

  • Heating:

    • Pool heat available for $100 per night (2-night minimum), requested 24 hours in advance.

    • Only one (pool or spa) can be heated at a time since they share the same system.

  • Water quality: Please rinse off sunscreen, dirt, or lotions before swimming. Heavy oils and lotions damage water quality and equipment.

    • Health & Safety: Consult a doctor before use if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns. Pregnant guests should avoid sauna use unless cleared by a physician.

    • Time Limit: 15–20 minutes maximum per session. Always rehydrate and cool down between uses.

    • No alcohol, food, or glassware in the sauna.

    • Hygiene: Shower first and wear swimwear or a towel wrap. Lotions and oils are not allowed.

    • Equipment: Do not tamper with sauna controls or pour anything other than clean water on the sauna stones.
