Deposits
- A refundable security deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection.
Cancellations
- Full refund available if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
Fees
- Cleaning fee applied per stay.
- Pool heating (seasonal) may include an additional charge.
- Replacement costs may apply for lost keys or damaged items.
